After the big success of the 2015 and 2016 Architecture Gatherings, planning is currently underway for this year’s third edition. If you are keen to keep abreast of developments in software architecture, ‘The Architecture Gathering’ is the place to be. It provides software architects, experienced developers and everybody else with an interest in architecture with the opportunity to learn from other experts, exchange ideas, network and share real-life experiences.
The conference will take place on 11 and 12 October 2017 in Munich. As previously, it will be hosted by the iSAQB and organised by SIGS DATACOM.
So if you would like to share your knowledge with like-minded peers, please send your proposals to firstname.lastname@example.org by 23 April 2017. Each session will be 60 minutes long (including Q&A). Apart from classic presentations, we are also interested in formats focusing on the exchange of knowledge amongst participants. Sessions can be held in German or English.
Any topic from the entire field of software architecture can be chosen. This may include:
- Architecture trends
- Progress in technologies and frameworks
- Best practices & methods
- Interactions between organisation and architecture
- Soft skills and communication
- Case studies & project experience
- iSAQB certification and modules (notably Advanced Level)
Proposals must include the following information:
- Name of submitter
- Title of session
- Abstract (500 – 1,000 characters)
- Short biography of submitter
