Nico Lausterer | Lausterer Consulting Services
Nico Lausterer is a freelance IT architect, an accredited iSAQB trainer, and an adjunct professor at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. His strength lies in teaching architecture not as theory, but as a craft—practical, decision-oriented, and directly applicable to day-to-day project work.
In his iSAQB-accredited training courses, he teaches the CPSA Foundation Level with a clear focus on
arc42 documentation and real-world architecture decisions. During the training, participants develop a complete set of architecture documentation based on an end-to-end case study—not an abstract curriculum, but knowledge that can be applied immediately.
Since 2019, Nico has been working as a solution and enterprise architect on projects in the automotive, e-commerce, insurance, and cloud transformation sectors. He has established enterprise architecture functions,
managed global platforms for over 20 markets, and designed cloud-native systems on AWS and Azure. He brings this knowledge directly to every training session.
Nico is a TOGAF 10 Practitioner, an AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and iSAQB-certified.
