New Executive Board and Strategy Council elected at iSAQB e. V.
General Meeting sets the course for the strategic development of the training program
The 16th General Meeting of the International Software Architecture Qualification Board (iSAQB e. V.) took place virtually on September 19, 2025. The members of the association made key decisions shaping the organization’s strategic direction for the coming year.
In addition to electing a new Strategy Council, the Executive Board of iSAQB e. V. was newly appointed.
The Strategy Council, which is responsible for the content-related orientation of the iSAQB, now consists of Gerrit Beine, Noah Neukam, Dr. Michael Sperber, and Stefan Toth for the new term. The Council oversees the strategic portfolio planning and ensures the quality and coherence of the CPSA – Certified Professional for Software Architecture training program.

The new iSAQB e. V. Executive Board members are:
- Dr. Guido Gryczan – Chairman
- Kim Nena Duggen – Vice Chairwoman
- Mischa Soujon – Deputy Chairman and Treasurer

The Executive Board expresses its gratitude to Alexander Heusingfeld and Benjamin Wolf for their successful work and dedicated commitment over the past years.
In a joint statement, the newly elected Executive Board members emphasized the guiding principles of their future work:
“The theoretical and practical expertise gathered within the iSAQB community remains our greatest asset. Our goal is to keep our members and partners motivated to share this knowledge worldwide at the highest level. Especially in times of profound technological change – driven in particular by the rise of AI – we see a great opportunity to further develop and spread the competencies of software architects in a future-oriented way.”
